St. Peter Women's Club
Every woman in our parish, 18 years of age and older, is automatically
considered a member of the Women’s Club and is welcome to participate in
Women's Club events. The purpose of the Women’s Club is to encourage the
spiritual growth and social enrichment of our members as well as to carry out
projects in our parish. Our structure is built around guilds that meet as
needed throughout the year. The guild meetings provide time for prayer,
business, fellowship and fun. In addition to our guild meetings, there are a
few general meetings yearly. You may visit a guild meeting or actively join a
guild at any time during the year by calling the President to discuss options
and preferences. Our fundraising activities support our guilds and our
Women’s Mite Fund which assists parishioners in need.

- Nativity Guild:
Works to help the parish and wider community set the tone in
preparing for Christmas, with Christ as the center. In November, a fun,
unique and charitable weekend event is organized. Spread out before us will
be a large display of various families’ nativity sets for viewing. In the
middle of the beautiful display, a unique bazaar will take place. Visitors
can purchase both practical and artistic items as gifts or for their own use.
Proceeds from the weekend go to the people who produced the goods. A
free-will donation is taken for the St. Peter Community Food Pantry. Neither
the parish nor the Women’s Club keeps any of the proceeds. Contact Tina Trch, (630) 232-1048.
