The altar is the focal point of the church just as the Eucharist celebrated here is the focal point of our lives. The altars, ambos, baptismal font, credence tables and chairs used on the main altar and in the day chapel were designed by Edward Duffy, a principal of the architectural firm of Prisco and Duffy which designed the church.
	Duffy carried out the "prairie" style in the windows behind the main altar.
