The large oil painting of Our Lady of Guadalupe hanging in the east shrine area honors Mary as Patroness of the Americas and Star of Evangelization. This replica of Juan Diego's tilma (c 1531) was painted by Gloria Lindstrom, parishioner. The original hangs in the Cathedral in Mexico City.
	The large statue of Joseph and the Boy Jesus in the west shrine area was designed and crafted by David Wanner.
