SCRIP PROGRAM AGREEMENT

St. Peter Bonus Bucks Program (referred to herein as “we,” “us,” and “our”) sponsors a scrip program which allows you to purchase scrip/gift cards. The scrip you purchase through our program generates rebates from the participating retailers. These rebates can be used as a credit to your SPS tuition account, as a gift toward a family’s tuition account, as a credit toward another outside tuition account or as a donation to any St. Peter School or parish ministry. The parties agree as follows:

Rebates earned will be used in the following ways:

10% will be retained for promoting and operating the Bonus Bucks program
20% as a charitable contribution to the St. Peter Parish
70% as dictated on the enrollment form above
100% total

Our scrip program distributes rebates two times a year in the months of January and June.

St. Peter Catholic Church/School is a qualified 501(c)(3) charitable organization.

You agree to indemnify us against any loss incurred in connection with there being insufficient funds in your account to cover the checks or ACH transfers you issue to pay for your scrip. We make no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the scrip. If you choose to participate in the Red Bag/Blue Bag/envelope delivery program, you understand that once the gift cards are in the Red Bag/Blue Bag/envelope and delivered to your student, you assume all responsibility. Gift cards have cash equivalent value and if lost or stolen cannot be replaced, traced or refunded. In deciding to participate in this program, please consider the age, maturity and transportation method of your child as well as after school situations when the Red Bag/Blue Bag/envelope will be unattended (after school sports or other extracurricular activities). By signing this waiver, you agree not to hold St. Peter Parish, St. Peter School or the St. Peter Bonus Bucks program or its volunteers responsible for any lost, misplaced or stolen gift cards. This agreement continues unless replaced by another, and can be terminated by either of us upon notice.
