Living Our Faith ...
A MESSAGE FROM FR. BAKKELUND:
Welcome to the Saint Peter Catholic Church website!
We are a community of believers united in our love for Jesus Christ and the Church He founded. I hope you will find this website to be a resource for you, not only to find necessary information, but a tool to deepen your faith in Jesus Christ.
If I can be of any assistance to you, please feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or to call our Parish Office at (630) 232-0124.
Who We Are
St. Peter Parish is a welcoming, vibrant faith community of over 2,600 families — "cradle Catholics," converts from other religions, former atheists and agnostics, returning Catholics, young, old, white-collar, blue-collar. We seek to be Living Christ, with love for God and neighbor in our hearts, minds, souls and actions.
We ask the Holy Spirit to guide us as we sincerely strive to be …
- living Christ in our worship.
- living Christ in our own families and in our parish family.
- living Christ as we love and serve God's people in our community and the world.
